Just finished a long saga of a kitchen project with a contractor and I’m now snagging everything myself.
I have a very expensive induction (Bora) that has not been fitted flush to the worktop - it sits on top . Told by the contractor that’s how it is.
I’ve subsequently most jobs like this are fitted flush to the worktop .
Question I have is can I retro fit the hob flush - will this involve re-engineering the Dekton worktop to cut a lip ?
I just have a gap that doesn’t look great and I don’t want it to be siliconed.
Suggestions thanks
