They look strongly built. What were they for?
Don't try to knock the whole thing over because it will be very heavy and will cause damage or injury. Even a brick falling off the top will crack paving or break your foot.
Allowing for the cost of taking the rubble to the tip (several journeys) and the cost of tools and your time, £200 is very reasonable.
