dewalt rotor stop

hi I have a dewalt 3 function sds drill that recently after use has a problem with the the rotor lock. everything seems to work ok but the chisel can be revolved round with ease making some jobs a little difficult , so could anyone tell me what has gone wrong with it , is it a easy repair as I would like to fix it myself
