Digital Voice Adapter in Network Switch.

Now then.
I'm just moving broadband companies and have to have FTTP. We have a traditional phone that needs to be plugged into the new router, an eero 6+. Unfortunately they only have two ports on the back, one taken up by the fibre input, the other is where the adapter for the phone will be fitted but then I need another for my NAS drive.
I have a network switch that will give me the ports but would anyone know if I can plug the switch into the router and the phone adapter into the switch?
Can't seem to get an answer from my new supplier.

I have a voip phone working via a switch going through an Ethernet over mains plug and so on.

So dont see why not, it will come down to what each device needs to function and if the eero6+ can handle it.

The eero6+ bit familiar with but looks like it’s part of a mesh network? So no idea if it’s makeup.

I was offered the eero when I had my FTTP but my research found that it was rubbish at going through walls which is why you have to have mesh system and that meant that I would also need another plug socket for the phone adapter as well as the router and the eero. So I opted for a router that includes the phone bit built in and so I plug the phone directly into it.

You see when they look at the other side there is a black sticker covering the phone socket

Just found a video on Kcomm showing me that the telephone socket is on the back of the ONT box. I'll see what turns up on installation day before I start re-building my home network. - STEP 2 and 3 - 2:10 to 2:50 in the video
