Dimmer caution label

Hello
We wish to fit some dimmers in our new-build house as some of the lighting is uncomfortably bright. However, we found the following caution label among the documentation/manuals that were left behind. We are wondering what item or light fitting or what type of unit/appliance that this label could be referring to? There are fans and also electrical light/heated-mirrors with shaver sockets in the bathrooms, and a mixture or lighting fixtures. Wondering if anybody might have come across this before?

In general CFL and LED lighting cannot be used on a dimmer (there are exceptions). If the lighting is too bright why not put lower power lamps in?
