Well hopefully you'll see the issue if I tell you one of the dimmers has two 13w LED fittings on it. I did specify trailing edge dimmer for these fittings as they are dimmable. but I never mentioned the rating. the lights buzz and the dimming is all over the place. I just wondered if these were actually trailing edge. bit I guess I'll never know.
That dimmer needs a minimum load of 40VA. It's written on it. Your LEDs are only 2x13VA so not enough. Just buy a V-pro dimmer module from TLC. Simples!

I'm puzzled. If you know what the problem is and what the solution is, why does it matter what brand the (wrong) dimmer is?
You mean whether it's leading or trailing edge?
If you crack it open and post a photo of the innards I can probably work it out!
If it has a big wound choke it will be leading edge.
