Dimmer switch - where from

Anyone know where I can obtain a double width switch plate with a single dimmer and 2 switches on it.

I'm trying to avoid using a single dimmer and a seperate double swicth as that would involve chasing out the wall.

If your back box is deep enough you could use a grid switch

I have now had a closer look at the switch and it is in fact an MK grid.

Friend of mine she just wants a round dimmer instead of the slider type!

Just a word of warning. The 400W MK 'knob' type dimmer occupies TWO modules of a grid switch rather than just the one module lower rated and IIRC 'slider' type dimmers do.
