Disarm by keypad after alarm set by Tag

Recently added tags to Texecom premier Elite. They currently only allow tags to be used for disarm if it was set with tags.

Is there a way to allow keypad disarm or tag after tag used to set?
I prefer to use wintex.
Thanks in anticipation
 
Go to user codes on wintex on the right of the screen you may see 5/6 tick boxes one will be ticked O/P 1 ... untick for every tag , now try
