Dish Washer Door Return Spring

Hoover Dish Washer Crystal Jet D820

The access door falls down uncontrolled when being open. I suspect the return spring(s) have broken.

I don't fancy pulling all the cupboards and stuff trapping the machine in!

Can access be gained to the spring via the small access plate at the front?

Don't fancy turning the machine on its head to reach the springs!

Sorry but no, you need to get to the sides of the machine. No easy and simple fix while leaving it in place.
