Dishwasher Thermo Stat broken

Hi Folks

My sisters dishwasher has stopped working, I have found the problem to be the thermo stat had broken off. The thermostat is fine, however the section of it which is in the washing compartment has broken on the thread.

Problem is I don't know what it is called to get a replacement, I have attached an image, its the part on the right which has broken and should from memory look like a brass nipple which sits in the bottom of the tray to measure the temp of the water.

Thanks for any help offered.

Dont worry about it stating it is an indesit part as the manufacturers tend to build stuff for other companys. You will have to ask if it comes complete or just the thermostat.

Yeah that's the thermostat ok but it's the part that goes in the inside of the washer...

The screw on cap part, you will have to ask if it comes complete (some do) or just the stat.

Otherwise you may get away with just a stainless steel nut on it with some Fernox LX sealant
