Have to respectfully disagree, a plasterer is not qualified to comment on asbestos. And artex should not be dumped in a skip next to a public street. It needs to be carefully wrapped and disposed of by an asbestos removal company.

You'd need to check the policies of the skip company. Artex is the lowest amount of the lowest risk, it's almost not there.

But I agree with the above - it doesn't even look like Artex. We've got it, it's smooth and spikey, like whipped cream - not gritty. Definitely get it tested.
