Disturbing noises at night

There are some faint noises in the apartment which are disturbing at night. I can't work out where they are coming from. Is there any way I could find out, so that I can do something about it.

Constant. There is underfloor heating (water based) in all the flats.

Turn your power off to the entire flat at the tripswitxh. Does the noise go away?
