Essex seems to be pretty central. We have the West country to the west, Up North is to the north, Kent to the south. To the east we have the rest of Europe. Even Greenwich (the centre of the world), is just slightly to our west.

Yeah sorry, W'ton has got a lot better. I lived there before they re-did the Wulfrun Centre. W'ton WAS bad then, but so were a lot of towns and cities which were part of the Industrial Revolution and got bombed in WWII. For instance, Sheffield was bad, but is now lovely.

I go to W'ton to visit the parents. I admit Wolverhampton is quite alright now.
