Hello clever people!
I have just moved into a renovated grade 2 building. It only has old single glazed windows so heating is important. There is only plumbed underfloor heating which works well on a mixture of wooden and carpeted floors. But one area remains very cold (16c when Hive is set to 21c). No radiators apart from a towel warmer in the en-suite.
Can I just lift the carpet to find out if this area has pipes or if they are working at all?
Apologies for such a simple question!
