DO I NEED 10 AAVs

Google has about 417,000 results for "goiung" so it must be a popular activity!

The narrow dishwasher was about 400mm wide!

One of the causes of the dishwasher problem was the kitchen units were fitted first and the floor later but only in the open space and not under the units. Regardless, many units come on adjustable legs.

Based on what has been written so far, all this seems to be schoolboy talk. How does a 400mm dishwasher fit in a cabinet? If it is not fitted in a cabinet, where does the crossbar come in?

The hole is getting deeper. Stop digging. Ignore this thread. Tony you may be correct in what you write here, but to me it seems very far fetched as information like 400mm dishwasher (there might be one out there) looks suspect (from a man who claims to be precise and exact).

You often say to posters to post a picture. Perhaps, you could do the same. Even post the owners details. we could all chip in and help out. I might even be able to put you on the right track on what to do with this kitchen.

Danny the slimline dishwasher would not fit into the space until he had made modifications as it was too tall.

Danny, if you want a slimline diswasher then the Hotpoint Aquarius SDL510P will suit you fine. There are many slimline units at 450 wide.

I have no photos and dont want any either. It was a waste of time job.

The motto could be to avoid any jobs where the owner and the kitchen fitter dont know what they are doing. But then I was told he was a professional.

All this has nothing to do with AAVs and whilst I like to be helpful and answer all your questions its not fail to the OP.

Tony, if it is a space, where does the cross bar come in.

I do not need a dishwasher, I already have a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances :D

Was only offering to help as it seems you are out of your depth here.

Trying to get sommat thats oversize into a small place can be difficult,
Lubrication can help sometimes

Butt, if you have a small space Agile then you might need some help ( pun intended )

No amount of lubrication would have helped.

It was just too big for the hole!

Still unsure of what the problem is.

The diswasher in question is, from what I recall, is 400mm wide and there is a cross bar.

Fitting a 400mm diswasher is like not having a dishwasher- it would only be useful for doing doll house dishes.

Crossbar. Is this crossbar part of a cabinet? Does the dishwasher fit inside a cabinet?
