Very true, but ....
That's a particularly bad example since the very-well-established (over decades) original meaning of "transformer" and the way in which the word is now sometimes being used are both very much 'electrical'.
We now have the somewhat daft situation that one or more of the ('electrical') components within what is now sometimes described as an ('electrical') "transformer" can be an (again 'electrical', but different!) "transformer"!
... a bit like the "lamp" that I now have to put into my "lamp"
