It's 1.666, or thereabouts.

At 20°C, a 1.5mm² copper conductor has a resistance of 7.41 mΩ/m whereas a 2.5mm² copper conductor is 12.10 mΩ/m.

12.10/7.41 = 1.633

Or even more straightforwardly, 2.5 ÷ 1.5 = .....
