Leak is on the hot water feed. The brown stuff is rust

it's not spare, should be tightened in the cable clamp

the lever to re pressure is the blue one on the right lever it gets turned and pointed towards the back to open and returned to the position in photo to close

That is two flex grips that have not been screwed into place
