Do you need to support bottom middle of a plastic bath?

Hi the 4 (screw adjustable) foot supports rest straight to concrete floor (not resting on wood) - but in the middle of the bath underneath is a black bracket attached to the wooden board under the bath - should i put a long bolt in that bracket and support the bat there too or does the bath have to be supported in the middle or is the weight just taken by the 4 leg supports? thanks.

Yes, it needs middle support.

I agree with Nige, but if your problem is that a screw would foul your pipe then personally I'd move the bracket (as little as possible) to the right.

yes as well,could always put some wood or bricks underneath to support the bath

Thanks, got the bath second hand so it didnt come with it - i suppose I can find a bolt easily enough to fit into it , or put some blocks of wood underneath as mentioned

Blocks of wood, ideally glued together is usually the simplest and easiest way.

On a plastic bath it does not need to be forced into position as they flex slightly and will apply pressure to the wood as the bath is filled with water.
