One thing i do miss; around this time of year in Germany every town has a fair or fete and the glu wine i could drink like it was going out of fashion, air temperature hovering about minus 20'c, and cheap red wine, hot, laced with brandy, whiskey and herbs, it used to cost Dm1 per beaker, that was Nov.81

We make our own gluh wein every year about this time (the missus is german) Aldi and Lidl both sell the spices for it. In fact, I could go some right now...
