Doorframe looks to be leanig to one side.

We've got a backdoor that looks to be leaing to one side. Not sure if this is an optical illusion but I've stuck a spirit level up on the walls inside and this seems to confirm it.

Outside there is some sunken ground which has started to pool water, along with some cracked mortar and bricks so it's making me somewhat paranoid!

I wish to get this investigated but no idea where to stat - builder? chartered surveyor? Home insurers?

Red zig-zag is cracked mortar (gas flue?)
Red circle is the split brick
Red circle at the bottom is where water pools.

Door looks worse in real life, but on here only about 3-4cm out.
