How is it made please? I can see the front but not the frame structure.
If it's only 24mm thick how are you fitting hinges to it, you screwing into the side grain of the osb? How are you avoiding screwing into the join between pallet wood and osb sheet?
The stiles in the picture look to be one continuous length, that can't have come from a pallet, it wouldn't be long enough?
Ah ok. I was hoping to use 4" stainless butt hinges with in built dog pins.
So I need to look out for longer pallets then. I've only ever seen the standard square ones.
What do I need to coat the whole thing with once made? I don't think osb bare will survive outside for long and I've no idea how long pallet wood lasts?
2m pallets are incredibly rare to find for free IME, And my experience of the quality of timber extracted from pallets is hit and miss at best and they're usually a PITA to take apart. But they are 'free'.

Currently have 3m timber from a dozen pallets or more , very common where I live .
Last one I picked up used 3x2 and 4x2 timber and a couple of 8x2 timbers.
