I'm in the process of rebuilding my flat dormer roof and the original timber lintel has seen better days.
I was thinking replace with a concrete lintel as this will fit in nicely but bit of a problem when trying to fix timbers to it.
Overall opening is about 4ft supported on two brick piers. Current timber section is 100 x 75mm ish......
Anyone have any suggestions?.....
