The reds go into 3 and 3, and the blacks go into L1 and L1, the green and yellow earth wire connects to the existing earth in the back of the box.

Thank you so very, very much. Very much appreciated.
I am surprised you understand, you have been given two opposing answers, though its likely either way will work.
The wavy line symbol {Terminal 3} means variable output, in your case the Black wire And the Grey Covered wire

The grey wire is obviously considered to be a black wire, I think a trace of black insulation is visible.

You need a new back box.
It is probably to shallow, AND one of the screw holes that holds faceplate is buggered.

Ideally a flush back box should be installed, as a surface box will look rubbish with your nice new switch.

MAKE SURE YOU CONNECT THE EARTH LEAD ON THE NEW SWITCH PLATE TO THE EXISTING EARTH WIRE. To be extra safe the earth wire should be tested to see if it is actually connected to the earth.

Apoligies, I assumed that it was black by the other post,, thinking about it it the original installer Should really have used sleeved red
