Horrible things, I've just fitted a pair of heavy doors using these. Not my choice, unfortunately the architect specified them. I spent hours tweaking them so the doors shut in line and flush. Then the painters wedged them open for a week and they needed re tweaking again. Would have been so much easier to use floor springs...
