Dover...

It's working OK, the NI protocol will be resolved, the French problem likely not, after all, you can't regulate against someone being French. Exports are up, imports are down, good for us and the trade balance.

They're are 27 countries in the EU, eventually, somewhere approaching 26 of them will tell the French to stop being a bunch of c***s, it's not helping the rest of the EU. Money talks, bullshit walks.

Anyway, winter's approaching, they'll be too cold to worry about what we're up to.
Could you be more delusional :ROFLMAO:

Well at least 1 that takes responsibility
But what French problem? Do you mean the EU problem ? There is no French problem, just a borders issue which is what you eanted. Which is the NI problem too, the borders you wanted

These problems with the French and the EU will only get worse.
There is no doubt, that had it not been for Putins invasion of Ukraine, the UK would now be in a full blown trade war with the EU.
The tragedy of Ukraine has shown that the EU is built on very shaky foundations.
They have realised that they need the Brits to face down Putin.

The EU needs massive reform.
It needs to return to its original mission and that was a tarrif free trade area.
All the other stuff about intrefering in areas of sovereignty which have nothing to do with trade have to go.

The problems are Brexit, not the EU.

When are you going to accept the UK is now a 3rd country and that is how the EU is treating us.

No it wouldn’t.

you brexers are so easily brainwashed by the childish posturing of the Tory govt.

You seem to have forgotten the govt dropped the internal market bill like a stone when EU threatened, and it will do the same with the protocol bill

Going on past experience you could be correct.
Brexit is now essentially an English nationalist project.
Maybe time to break up the UK.
Boris set the ball rolling by ceding part of his own country to the authority of the EU.

And as we're no longer in the EU, we don't have to accept a forced 15% reduction in gas consumption to ensure that the Germans can continue to build their export surplus as they'd bet the house on cheap Russian gas imports via nordstream, despite the international concerns raised. It'll be expensive, but at least we can choose whether to turn the heating off or not.
