Hi all
I have a job tomorrow to fit an expander onto a scantronic alarm. I am aware that the alarm needs to be down powered while I connect the expander into the data terminals of the main panel.
The question is, the alarm is monitored by a Dualcomm so is there any precautions I need to take to ensure everything is working correctly when powered back up? Do I need to down power the Stu separately?
Obviously the alarm will be on test with monitoring centre e.t.c...
