DPC and wall tie heights

Wondering if its a problem with these measurements.
Cavity wall, 100-100-100. Concrete filled, then beam and block.
First line of wall ties 600 above concrete fill.
DPC at 275 above FFL. ( this is one block above wall ties ).

The wall ties should correspond with the insulation increments and typically start at floor level DPC, with the first set of ties supporting the first row of insulation.
 
Crap drawing but it gives you the idea. I haven't shown any lean mix cavity fill but this would typically finish 225mm below external ground level.

Its a sloping site, and at the worst part im already well over a metre before beam and block.
That is very similar to what i think i will do. Im probably going with first ties sat on beam and block, that way my 50mm insulation will correspond with 100mm floor insulation. Then one block with dpc on top of that and next block with ties again.
