I have had my Wiser system for three winters and have been reasonably happy with how it has performed. There are issues but I have either found workarounds of have just accepted them. Drayton have recently released to the UK the v2 hubr so I have "upgraded" my v1 to the v2 but as there is yet to be a heating cycle I cant judge if there are any performance improvements with the heating side. I believe the Opentherm compatibility has been improved and no longer has a seperate mudule, but the faceplate is no longer standard.

What is an improvement is the larger number of devices the new hubr supports, apart from supporting all the v1 hubr devices the v2 hubr also supports a screenless temperature and humidity sensor, smoke alarm, water leakage sensor, motion sensor, window/door sensor, blind control module, load and power module and finally a lighting dimmer. All the devices are controlled using the Wiser app and the hubr v2 is also supported by the Home Assistant Wiser Integration.

For anyone interested here is the Drayton link to the new devices.........
