L and N self explanatory, A and B either way round, doesn’t matter to 1 and 3 on Wiser, but can go A to 1 and B to 3 if easier. Shouldn’t blow pcb, as it’s mains switching.

could someone advise me what my fitter connected wrong, that the HW is faultless, but the heating does not activate in any way. neither with the knob on the boiler nor with the thermostat. I already hosted three engineers who couldn't get it to work properly.. my boiler is baxi 800 and the system i am trying to connect is wiseR hub kit 1
On picture no.1 is a power supply, and no.2 is a boiler wires. Many thanks

Was there a previous thermostat?

it wasn't before. there was only a conventional hot water boiler aka water tank , and the heaters were electric

Is it the Baxi 800 Combi or System boiler? Is it definitely the Kit 1?

Yeah sure . Yes. as the first set, I had kit 2, then the heating started when it wanted, mainly at night. So the engineer suspected that switching from kit 2 to kit 1 would solve the problem, and only made it worse

Damn, I missed it from your 1st post the wiring is wrong. You need live in on terminal 1 (common) and live out (switched) on terminal 3. Put the Black into terminal 1 and see if it works.

Hi CBW , me again John, I've got a 240 v/68 amp pond pump I've fitted to my water feature, I'm intending to use it 24,7 untill freezing weather returns hopefully 2024.
Would you know how to calc a small solar system with panel/s, inverter n battery/ies .
Reason I'm considering adding some fish for the G,kids . Polite regards.

Hi John, thanks for thinking of me, but I just know certain basic things, probably best asking in electrical forum.
