Any help appreciated. I think I have a sticking valve, stays open when thermostat switches off. Its under the floor and carpets so before I lift it all I'm trying to understand as much as I can.
Hopefully I will be able to lubricate and loosen up the spindle and solve problem that way. If I have to change actuator body or complete valve and body how does the new one recognize the radio signal from the thermostat. This has probably got a very very simple answer but I have not found any mention of this in the book I am reading.
This is an old house with alterations to alterations. It has 4 CH zones controlled by 6 such 2 port valves.
