Reading in yesterdays DM about the driverless car "driver" who was killed in an accident because the sensors could'n't tell the difference between the sky and a white lorry. The designers of these cars commented that "more people will die before we get it right." As these cars are to be allowed on our motorways who will be held responsible when one ploughs into a white minibus full of children.

I think the discussion about ethical dilemma is more interesting:
