Hi all
I’m looking for a heads Re cost etc up for a Driveway / Pathway at the Refurb I’m currently doing in South Manchester
The main area is 7.5m from House to Front public Pathway and 7.0m across
Then the Pathway leading down the side of the House is 8.5m long and a metre wide , we’ve taken off a lot of the old Pathway / Hard standing crap etc , filling 2 skips with it
I’m looking at having it excavated further , hardcore laid , an edge putting in for the Council Contractors to do the Dropped Kerb to , then edgings the full length of both sides to provide 12” flower beds to both sides , a drain the full width (I’ll run in a 4” pipe to connect to a Gulley down the back of the House ) then An edging both sides of the Pathway (No bed here) then an edge across the Path at the end of the House (1m wide)
then either overlay with Tarmac , Block Paving , Imprinted Concrete or Resin?
Any ideas on approximate costs per finish (M2 prices) or has anybody got any good leads to price or do the job in South Manchester
see pics
thanks
Phil
