I have a large area at the front and side of my house which I will need to drive my car over, I was thinking of gravel( small to medium stones) as I'm not too keen on slabs or bricks, what do I need to do to prepare the ground for gravel. Do I just put the stones onto the ground or do I lay a concret slab first. Any help would be appreciated.
