drying times

new extension
concrete floor 8 weeks ago
screed 2 weeks ago
heated 1 week
still damp in 2 corners - small droplets water
can dry with hot air gun but returns next day
normal? or damp proofing fault?

Not much help but - I was told concrete dries at 1mm per day. eg 4" floor would take just over 14 weeks. This may not be true however, just what I've been told in the past..............................
 
"Not uncommon" would be a better description than "normal"

A problem DPM or DPC would show as a spreading patch of dampness

sounds like you need to hire a dehumidifier. this will get rid of your problem. you will be suprised how much water comes out , i have known them to suck out several 25 litre drums a day
