I really can't be bothered to ask why you think that makes a difference - quality comes at price, no matter whether or not you quote first.Because i do price work.If you're running a business then no amount of winking will explain why you aren't passing the cost of materials on to the customer.And im trying new cheaper stuff to try and cut costs over the year.
