E/Vessel on a 35 CDI

Did one today as per manufactures instructions. Surely it would be easier to have the boiler off the wall to do it? Drill out a few rivets and re-do when the new vessel is fitted.

Just wondered how anyone else does them. Im glad I had about 20 'o' rings and washers to reseal everything.

Took a whole morning to change it

I think you only ever try one then you do everything and anything you can to fit an external.

Never had to do one, always managed to get an external in somewhere

I would have done that, but this one had split!

Chop the pipe and stick a cap on it. or plug it directly at the pump.
