E27 to E14 adaptor

I've got these touch lamps that take E14 bulbs. I'm trying to change them to energy-saving bulbs, and I managed to get some that will work with touch lamps, only that the bulbs have ES or E27 bases. Is there an adaptor that will convert E27 (ES) to E14 (SES)?

I see E14 to E27 adaptors but not the other way round!

Yes, I have the Megaman DorS Dimming with 4-step dimming - which is considerably more expensive than normal energy-saving bulbs so I am unwilling to use them as ordinary bulbs! And the only problem is that my lamp takes E14!

Open to other ideas too.
