Earh and Loop - Outdoor Junction Box

I currently have an outdoor double scoket running off a fused spur.
I intend to remove the double scoket and install an outdoor junction box from the fused spur and then run 2 seperate sockets from this.
Within the instructions for the JB it states, "Earth and loop terminals in the mounting box should not be used.". My question is, why can't I earth the 2 sockets to the earth terminal in the JB?

Can you post a picture of the junction box.
