Earthing FCU to Steel Knockout Box

When earthing a steel knockout box, should you:

earth the box from the FCU supply (mains) earth terminal or from both the supply and load earth terminals?

The FCU 2 earthing terminals themselves aren't marked for supply or load, so I picked the top one for supply earth !

Just connect both supply and load earths to one of the FCU earth terminals and run a flylead between that terminal and the backbox.
