Eaton control panel ploblem

Hi Guys
I have installed a Eaton home alarm 0ne pir is not working at all checked the wiring both on the pir and in the control panel but could not find the problem. Plus i went into programming mode adjusted the leave time keyed in 99 and the arrow and it came up with the hammer and the pad lock i have read the book and can't find how to clear the fault, the problem was the key pad cover not fitted as it should be but it is now Any ideas ?

How is it not working, not walk testing, not going into alarm? Not lighting up?

Hard wired devices is the PIR getting power

I have the P I R sorted it was not getting power now how do i remove the hammer and the pad lock from the key pad lights ? i can't find any thing in the book that tells me how to remove these from the key pad.

I would expect that there is still a tamper fault on the system

I think it is the tamper in the bell box should i have set it in any way other than resting on the wall ? the papers in the box did not say it has to be set in any way. No name on the bell the box has been recycled but it is for a 9448 alarm

Link out the bell tamaper return in the panel and see if it clears
