I have laid laminate flooring throughout the whole of the downstairs. I have quadrant around the easy areas but have gaps around architrave and door frames. Any tips on how to fill these gaps and make them less conspicuous.

Cheers :)

unfortunatly the only realy neat way is to undercut the frame and archatrave to allow the expansion out of site

in my opinion nothing will look particularly "impresive" in the gap
quadrant will look unfinnished because of the number off changing angles in a small space

if you use the coloured mastic remember it shrinks and will need to be redone a week or so later

I have just done similar and I bought a couloured silicone to fill these gaps (when fitting I let the gap around these part to 5mm or less for a better finish). You can get this silicone to match either your floor or woodwork?
