A tray of 24 eggs in my local shop have just doubled in price overnight...Which racketeers are taking us to the cleaners now?

We have always had about 6 chickens always ex bat free rangegish on a small couch grass lawn of 100ft x 50ft, 20 kilo bag of pellets,£8.50 plus a sack of spuds at £2 lasts about 3 months. (plus our leftovers).

Great experience for the grandchildren and their friends, everything positive
about them, free fertilizer, keeps your grass down, eats all pests,scarify the grass and freeish eggs. I think you'll need to do it shortly the way this country is going

I have a pond of about 20x20 in feet, we have wild ducks coming down every year for the last 4, i pair stays, has babies, if i took say, 3 eggs would she replace them?
