EICR code question

What code would you give this:

Industrial property, 16A sockets spurred off ring main with 13A Sockets on a 32A MCB?

And 16A Sockets spurred of radial socket circuit? 20A MCB..

Both circuits on a RCD.

C2 for the first I reckon.

C3 for the second. There used to me a mention in the reg stating you could have a 20amp radial circuit for 16amp outlets. Pretty sure it was taken out in a 16th revision.

I wouldn't be too fussed about coding the second one, iirc it is still mentioned in the on site guide.
