Why are the typical RWR so busy campaigning during the actual election?
They've frequently called it a massive victory for their favoured far-right party. So why are they so worried, and why so much mud slinging on the day?
It's like revision for exams, you do revision well before the exam, not on the day of the exam. What you don't know by the day of the exam, you ain't gonna learn in the last couple of hours.

Voters have already decided who they're going to vote for, and campaigning on the last day looks like desperation.

What is wrong with exposing the lefty nasty parties' policies?
On election day/ last minute looks like desperation, after all the crowing of overwhelming victories.
And it's only "lefty nasty parties' policies" according to the obvious biased posters.

Councillors don't get paid. So it self-selects people who are either corrupt, have nothing better to do or just crave power for the sake of it.

Only a few exceptions are decent people who actually care about their community. We had a good councillor, sadly replaced by a dodgy one now.

Not a salary or wage,, but they do get an allowance. Our council has 55 councillors, with most having an allowance of £12,932.00 PA. They can also claim a special responsibility allowance, one managed to get just over £46k for this little number. They also get other bits and bobs, so not a bad little earner.

I wouldn’t worry yourself. Nobody is going to change the outcome by posting in here. Otherwise Jeremy Corbyn would have been prime minister, Donald Trump would be in prison and Isreal wouldn’t exist.

I agree, that's why it's pointless.

I remember an old Alexei Sayle sketch, where he's in the voting booth choosing which part of his body he'd like to be kicked or punched in.

I always vote but don't see it as a duty. In fact we'd probably have a better democracy if those who didn't understand politics didn't put an X in a random box or blindly vote for whoever their dad's grandad always voted for or whatever.

I,ve had 3 leaflets, 1 canvasser and 1 text message, and 1 Email all from the only party who seem to care(Reform), nothing from the other 5, and this is in an area where labour have always won, i suppose Reform being the largest party helps (y)

They don't waste their resources. They target the gullible.
