As the election is sparking some entertaining topics here on the forum, we thought it might be interesting to have a voting poll on the site for those that are interested.

Who needs Mori?!

I really hope that IP logging has been enabled on this poll, I know what those sneaky socialists are like ;)

I reckon we'll end up here with about equal Tory and Labour, and probably a significant UKIP presence.

You'll be reassured/disappointed to hear that your vote is anonymous so no tracking. It knows when you've voted (to stop multiple votes) but not what you've voted.

Oh, that is exactly what I meant! The bain of on-line polls has been where a few people have repeatedly voted for their choice and resulted in disproportionate figures. A famous example was this poll, which was swamped by Apple-extremists

I am not suggesting that there is anyone here who would do that of course. Apart from the socialists ;)

sounds like a tory trick to me :D

what winning an election, yeah thats a tory trick that will become a distant labour memory (i hope)

One thing to stop multiple voting on here is that only registered users can vote and registered users can vote only once. So unless people register multiple times, it's fairly balanced. :)

Well thermo, if the tories do win I hope your not going to be disappointed with their health service, and I'll admit that the best side won.

so do david and julie get one vote or two??!! :D

Based on the 'Notty Poll so far, 8 Tory 1 for Labour..

I am holding out a while longer, some may say to see which way the winds of 'Notty are blowing ...
9 votes from 112 views does not bode well for the real election .. roughly 45M electorate 9/112 * 45 = 3.6M or not very many really !!
Blimey, a nicker each wouldn't buy Tones London pad !!

:D :D :D :D :D :D

no i cant be anymore dissapointed with it than i can now. Nor the police force which i watched them destroy first hand, or education, education, education. Or community charge, stealth taxes, lies about wars etc etc etc

so you prefered the pol tax?

it had its merits, but i was quite happy with the community charge until it became a way to hike up taxes by over 10% a year. Funny how it worked under the conservatives and then it became a tool of tax rises under the smiling cake bearing grinning idiot blair
