You could start by testing the elements, as I said above:
you need to test your elements to make sure there is NO continuity between the terminals and the body of it.
However, a small neutral to earth fault anywhere could be triggered by the high current from the oven even if there is nothing wrong with it.
If it doesn't trip because of other high current loads, then it might indicate that it is the oven.
