Electric garage door rubbing against frame

Our electric garage doors have been making some funny noises recently. I took a closer look today and noticed that as the door opens, it gets closer to the frame on one side until eventually it is rubbing against it. When closed there is a decent gap on both sides. When completely open, I can push the door away from the frame so that it makes a gap but when I let go it falls back.

An help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

my thoughts are the rh side pivot is maybe 10 or 12mm to low throwing it about the same to the rhs
this coluld be caused by settlement or movement causing the frame to go slightly diamond shape or just inaccurate fitting ??

Has the stop come loose on the left hand track. That would make it travel back further.
