electric hob wiring

I have a 3.5kw oven connected to a 6mm cable. i want to install a 6kw hob above it. is my only option to run a dedicated cable run from the circuit board and does/should this be in 6mm or 10mm cable?

I also have an old style circuit board with only three RCDs. How would I best have it connected?
