OK....hmmm.....electronics? can't see any
You pictures appear to show the following electrical items

a pull cord switch - the round one -is that for the lights?
another pull cord switch - the square one - is that for a shower?
a ceiling fan

I note that the details on that heater is that it can be installed "in Zone 3" of a bathroom. that must be old info, because there is no zone 3, anymore.
Have a look at the product details (bottom of the Amazon page) and decide if you are allowed to use that heater in a bathroom.

It also says you can control it from your sofa. Do you have a sofa in your bathroom?

Round one is for the lights/ceiling fan when you turn the lights on they both come on. The other is for the shower

Ok. That is a 2Kw heater. You cannot connect that to the lighting circuit and it is unlikely that you have 2KW Spare capacity on the shower circuit.

you are most likely faced with running a fused spur from the ring final that serves the sockets upstairs. Or having a complete new circuit all the way from the consumer unit.
You need to bring the power you need into the loft area. The circuit would need to be RCD protected.

How easy this will be can only be determined by a site visit by an electrician.

what about the ceiling extraction fan would that not have enough power for it?

That almost certainly will be powered from the lighting circuit - so, again, No.

Kind Regards, John
Ok so best bet would be lead a wire from the main box through the loft an drill through the ceiling to lead a wire down?
